Bar Bag Nylon

Handlebar bag with a volume of 5L with a removable waterproof insert. It can be used both separately and in combination with the  Bar  Roll bag

The bag is mounted on a cylindrical Bar Roll  or Bar Harness bag (supplied separately), or it can be attached directly to the handlebars.  

Roll closure of the main compartment of the bag with a buckle Nifco  (-20°C) for easy handling with gloves.

The front zipped pocket with an internal file is closed with a waterproof zip YKK  with two sliders and allows easier access to frequently used bag contents. The zipper pullers are made of durable and non-slip material Hypalon .

There is a hidden mesh organizer inside the main compartment of the bag. Side mesh pockets on the bag, e.g. for storing energy bar packaging. Let's keep the trails clean!

On the front pocket there are 3 straps for hanging the flasher.

Main material used Nylon 6.6  (PU coating 1500mm H20). The bag includes a removable waterproof insert (coated Nylon ripstopfabric, PU 5000mm with taped seams), which is guaranteed to keep the overweight contents of the bag dry.  

The lower part of the bag, where dirt from driving is applied, is made of easy-to-maintain, double-sided Tarpaulin material .

The polypropylene straps used (100% recyclable) have a rough structure, they do not slip in the buckles.

Stressed seams are secured with the so-called Bartack stitch (zigzag), all threads used are Polyester with a large fiber diameter for maximum strength.  

The bag includes a detachable shoulder strap.

For the last version, some details on the bag have been changed: we have replaced the main buckle with an aluminum hook, the side pockets have changed from mesh to full fabric, and in the gray variant the color of the main zip has changed to grey. As soon as we have some time, we will take pictures of the bags for you, but allowing you to get ready for the season is more important.
